Driver Requirements 

-Must possess a Class A Commercial Drivers Liscense.
-Have a minimum of 2 years tractor/trailer experience.
-Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
-Be at least 21 years of age.
-Must be a self-motivated individual.

Driver Benefits
Our drivers enjoy the following benefits.

After 90 days of employment our drivers receive:

-Group Health Insurance
    *$500.00 Single deductible. $900.00 Family aggregated deductible.
    *Maximum out-of-pocket $2,300 Single $5,000 Family.
    *100% Coverage for doctor office visits due to illness or injury, after $25 copay.
*80% Coverage for emergency care after hospital copay.
*80% Coverage for inpatient hospital after satisfying deductible.
*$10 copay for all generic formulary medications.
*$25 copay for all brand name formulary medications.
*$50 copay for non-formulatary medications.
Effective 8/1/05

-AFLAC Dental Insurance available with three levels of coverage.
-Company pays for $25,000 Life and AD&D Policy.

GTI will contribute up to $130.00 per paycheck toward the premiums.

After 6 months employment our drivers also receive:

-401 (k) Retirement Plan
*GTI matches 100% of employee contribution up to 3%.
